2. Agreeing to these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Placing an order

• Adding items to your cart is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout.

• We confirm by email. That confirmation acknowledges receipt — it does not by itself accept the order.

• We accept your order when we dispatch it.

• We may decline an order, and if we do we refund you in full. Reasons include stock we cannot supply, a pricing error, or a delivery address we cannot reach.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in South African Rand. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.

• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

• We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order.

• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Section 46 of the ECTA requires us to fulfil your order within 30 days unless we agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. 

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may  vary.

Our products are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Always read the label and use as directed.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

9. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

You may of course share links, and use the site normally as a customer.

10. Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability under the Consumer Protection Act for defective or unsafe goods, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier failure, load shedding, natural events, or civil disruption. If such an event materially affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Complaints

Email orders@ilovenatural.co.za. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10.

If we cannot resolve it, you may approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
